These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Android application listed on Google Play as Eyes Relaxin Timer | 20-20-20, also known in the app and on this site as Eye Saver (package name software.apollie.eyesaver), provided by Technomancer's Lab, Inc (doing business as Apollie Software) (“we”, “us”).

By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Questions: info@apollie.software.

Your use of Google Play and any Google services inside the app is also subject to Google Play’s Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

1. The service

Eyes Relaxin Timer | 20-20-20 is a reminder timer that helps you take short breaks from screens. It is distributed through Google Play for Android 10 and later. We may update, change, or discontinue features.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and Google Play’s terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app, or reverse engineer it, except to the extent that applicable law prohibits those restrictions.

3. Not medical advice

The app implements a general wellness practice commonly described as the 20-20-20 rule. The app does not provide medical advice and is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. If you have eye pain or a medical concern, consult a qualified professional.

4. Subscriptions

The app may be used for free with advertisements. You may optionally purchase an auto-renewing subscription through Google Play to remove ads while the subscription is entitled.

• Plans currently offered: monthly and six months. Prices are shown in the Google Play purchase flow and may vary by country and tax.
• Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel in Google Play: open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions (or the equivalent path on your device). Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Technomancer's Lab, Inc does not process payments and does not issue refunds directly. Refunds, if any, are handled under Google Play’s refund policy.
• When a subscription expires or is no longer entitled, ads return automatically. Entitlement is determined by Google Play.

If Google Play is unavailable on the device, subscription purchase and restore may not work until Play Billing is ready.

5. Advertisements

The free version displays ads provided by Google AdMob, including banners and occasional full-screen ads. Subscribed users do not see ads while entitled. Advertising is subject to Google’s policies and, where required, your consent choices.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or use it in any way that violates applicable law. Reminder delivery depends on Android, device settings, battery optimizations, and permissions you grant. We do not warrant that a reminder will fire in every device configuration.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Technomancer's Lab, Inc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the app in the twelve months before the claim (which, because payments go through Google Play, may be zero as to Technomancer's Lab, Inc).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the mandatory laws of your country of residence, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Privacy

How information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where mandatory law requires a different process.

11. Governing law

These Terms are subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws of the country in which you reside. Except where those laws require otherwise, these Terms are interpreted under generally applicable law. These Terms do not deprive you of any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
