This Privacy Policy describes how Technomancer's Lab, Inc (doing business as Apollie Software) (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the Android application listed on Google Play as Eyes Relaxin Timer | 20-20-20, also known in the app and on this site as Eye Saver (package name software.apollie.eyesaver).

1. Summary

Technomancer's Lab, Inc does not collect, receive, or store personal information on its own servers. Eyes Relaxin Timer | 20-20-20 has no user accounts and no studio backend. Settings and schedule data stay on your device.

The app uses Google services for advertising, subscription billing, and (where required) consent. Those services may process information under Google’s own policies. We do not receive a copy of that information on Technomancer's Lab, Inc servers.

2. Information stored on your device

The app stores the following locally on your device so it can function:

• Timer settings (period, break duration, sound, vibration, mute)
• Schedule settings (work hours, lunch, weekdays)
• Whether reminders are on or off, and related timer state
• A local cache of whether an ad-free subscription is currently entitled

This on-device data is not transmitted to Technomancer's Lab, Inc. Uninstalling the app removes it from the device (subject to any backup your device or Google account may keep).

3. Information we do not collect

Technomancer's Lab, Inc does not:

• Create or require an account
• Operate a website or API that receives your app data
• Collect your name, email address, phone number, or precise location through the app
• Use first-party analytics or crash-reporting services
• Sell personal information

If you email us at info@apollie.software, we will see the address and content you send, and we use that only to respond.

4. Permissions

The app may request the following permissions. Each is used only for the purpose stated:

• Internet — to load ads (free tier) and to communicate with Google Play Billing.
• Notifications — to show break reminders.
• Exact alarms — to fire the next break reminder at the scheduled time.
• Full-screen intent — to show the break timer when the device is locked.
• Vibrate — optional haptic alert for a break.
• Prevent sleeping / wake lock — so a reminder can be delivered reliably.
• Run at startup — to restore the next reminder after a reboot.
• Google Play Billing — to offer and check the optional ad-free subscription.
• Advertising ID — used by Google AdMob to serve ads on the free tier, subject to your device and consent settings.

5. Third-party services

The following Google products are integrated into Eyes Relaxin Timer | 20-20-20. They are operated by Google, not by Technomancer's Lab, Inc. Please read Google’s documentation for the data they process.

5.1 Google Play Billing

Optional subscriptions are sold and managed by Google Play. Google processes the purchase, payment method, and subscription entitlement. Technomancer's Lab, Inc does not process payments and does not log purchase tokens. Manage or cancel subscriptions in the Google Play subscriptions settings on your device.

5.2 Google AdMob

If you use the free version, the app shows banner ads and occasional full-screen (interstitial) ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect identifiers such as the advertising ID, IP address, and device or app activity information in accordance with Google’s policies, for serving, measuring, and (where allowed) personalizing ads.

Subscribed users do not have ads loaded or shown while the subscription is entitled. When a subscription ends, ads return.

5.3 Google User Messaging Platform (consent)

In regions where required (for example the EEA, UK, and Switzerland), the app may show a consent form provided by Google’s User Messaging Platform so you can choose how ads are personalized. Until personalization is allowed, the app requests non-personalized ads.

6. Children’s privacy

Eyes Relaxin Timer | 20-20-20 is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The in-app consent request is configured as not for users under the age of consent.

7. Data retention and deletion

Because Technomancer's Lab, Inc does not store app user data on its servers, there is no studio-held profile for us to delete. To remove on-device app data, uninstall the app or clear the app’s storage in Android settings.

Data processed by Google (Play purchases, advertising identifiers, consent choices) is retained under Google’s policies. You can manage advertising and account settings in your Google account and device settings.

8. Security

We do not operate a backend for this app. Communication with Google services uses those services’ encrypted connections. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

9. International processing

Google may process information on servers located in various countries. See Google’s privacy policy for details of that processing.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. The current version will always be published at this URL.
